Department: Quality Control and Assurance

Golden Art is a construction and investment company with more than 20 years of continuous presence in the market, with its own investments, design, supervision, and execution of residential and commercial projects.

As part of the continuous development of our system and the professionalization of our processes, we are strengthening our  Quality Control and Assurance Department and opening the following position:

 

Position: HEAD OF QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT

Job Description

  • Organize and manage all quality control and assurance activities.
  • Establish and monitor procedures and quality standards.
  • Control compliance of construction works with project documentation, contracts, technical specifications, and internal procedures.
  • Organize internal audits of all processes at group level.
  • Prepare quality reports, deviation reports, and operational risk assessments.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another technical engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction execution, supervision, and quality control.
  • Experience with technical documentation
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong authority, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of English language and MS Office
  • Advantage: Experience with Pantheon and ClickUp software
