Active works are underway at multiple positions on the building. Currently, façade jointing is being carried out on the western side; on the 2nd floor, Hunter Douglas panels are being installed in bathrooms; and marble is being installed on the staircases down to level -1. The following works have been completed: installation of interior doors in apartments, installation of entrance doors, parquet flooring completed in apartments, and tiling completed in corridors. Skirting boards are currently being installed.

Gypsum wall finishes are being installed in corridors, bandaging of gypsum boards in apartments has begun, along with wall skim coating. On the 3rd floor, tiles are being installed in apartments, and cement screed works are also in progress.

Façade tiling is in progress, while on the 1st floor installation of gypsum wall finishes in corridors has begun, along with preparation for cement screed installation in apartments. On the 2nd floor, tiles are being installed in kitchens and bathrooms, and heating and cooling installations are also underway in apartments.
