• Environmental protection. Golden Art’s residential and commercial buildings are the first in North Macedonia to introduce horticultural landscaping. Common areas are thoughtfully designed and decorated with greenery, enhancing the appearance of the complexes while contributing to the preservation of nature and urban green spaces.

• Energy efficiency. Every Golden Art home belongs to energy class A. These buildings enable savings of up to 60% in electricity consumption on an annual basis, reducing the use of natural resources and supporting a more economical and environmentally friendly way of living.
