Works are ongoing on the eastern and northern façades. Blinds have been installed in the apartments. Entrance areas with plasterboard have been completed, and tile installation is currently in progress in the kitchens and bathrooms on the penthouse floor.

Ceiling heating installation has been completed, as well as the tile installation on the southern façade. Installation of the fire hydrant system is currently underway, along with tile installation on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Tile installation in the kitchens and bathrooms has commenced on the 1st floor. Preparations are being made for the installation of cement screed on the 5th floor, while underfloor heating systems are being installed in the apartments on the 6th floor.

Underfloor heating installation has been completed up to the 5th floor. Cement screed installation is ongoing. Plasterboard finishes in the corridors have been completed. Waterproofing works in the bathrooms have been completed up to the 5th floor.

Completion of underfloor heating installation up to the 3rd floor and preparation for cement screed. Installation of gypsum wall finishes in corridors on the 5th floor. Final plastering of apartments on the 5th floor. Waterproofing in bathrooms completed on the 1st floor.

Installation of cement screed on the 1st floor. Underfloor heating installation in progress on the 2nd floor. Installation of gypsum wall finishes in corridors and apartments on the 4th floor. Wall finishing (skim coating) works underway in the stairwell core. We have started installing scaffolding for façade construction works.
