Real Estate Sales Agent

Position: REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT

Job Description

• Active sales of apartments and commercial spaces from Golden Art’s projects.
• Основни одговорности:
• Direct and professional communication with potential buyers.
• Presentation of properties, apartments, and purchasing terms.
• Maintaining records of clients, interests, and sales status.
• Working according to the sales strategy for each project.
• Working according to the sales strategy for each project.
• Following internal rules, procedures, and communication standards with clients.
• Actively participating in the improvement of sales processes.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed university degree (an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement).
• Previous experience in sales (experience in real estate sales is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Strong organizational skills, discipline, and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a structured and system-oriented team.
• Result-oriented approach with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
• Knowledge of English language and MS Office
• Advantage: Experience with Pantheon and ClickUp software
